Sub Committee - Membership Retention

Meets monthly. Follows up with graduates from the Tyrotarian Classification to insure continued involvement in club activities. The committee will arrange at least three Firesides meetings per year; encourage attendance at regular meetings or make-up attendance when a meeting is missed; facilitate Affinity/Fellowship Groups; and conduct exit interviews with members who resign from Club 13.
