The KCI Rotary Club recently repainted the apartment they sponsor to house a family who is struggling with homelessness. A big group took on the task of painting the ceiling and walls throughout the apartment. It is now ready for the mom and her 4 kids who will be calling it home for the next 90 days. During their stay in the program the KCI Rotary Club will provide meals and encouragement for the family. This will help the mom to be successful paying off her debt and developing a savings. Her goal is to move into a place of her own with a budget in place to sustain her. KCI Rotarians appreciated the camaraderie while providing a better life for a local family. Service Above Self is exactly what is happening in the pictures here!
