Rotary Clubs can help to support the Foundation Dinner on November 7, 2025 at the Madrid Theatre in Kansas City. We are looking for donation of silent auction items, donation of whiskey or wine, donation of Southwest Airline Points, and Club or individual sponsorships.
Foundation Dinner 2026 Details & Club/Member Asks:
The heart of our fundraising is club table sponsorship. We have several levels of table sponsorship from $5,000 for 20 guests to $1000 for 4 guests. Individual tickets are $150. If there is interest from your Rotary club to sponsor a table and attend. For complete sponsorship details, click here.
Southwest Points Available to Donate?
District 6040 is planning our Foundation Dinner Golden Ticket raffle for a trip to Costa Rica and looking for donations of Southwest Points to cover the cost of airfare. Several people are donating points so no one’s account is drained. If you have points you could donate, it would be greatly appreciated and it would contribute to the donations that go to The Annual Fund of The Rotary Foundation.
Whiskey, Wine or Silent Auction Items?
Back by popular demand are the Wine and Whiskey pulls - would you be willing to donate a bottle of wine valued at $30 + or a bottle of Whiskey valued at $40? (Or, you could donate cash and we’ll make purchases of wine and whiskey at distributor prices!)
Finally, if you, a friend or fellow Rotarian have items to donate to the silent auction valued at $100 or more, we’re looking for unique, amazing items and/or experiences - think country club round of golf; private plane tours of the city; retail items donated by local shops; gift cards for dinners, experiences or merchandise, artwork, etc. Things you would bid on are probably things other Rotarians will want to bid on, too!
