The Weston Rotary Club held a Ribbon Cutting, June 19th, as part of their grant to the City of Weston for three new park benches near the entrance to Holladay Park at Thomas and Blackhawk Streets and two refurbished benches disassembled, power coated, reassembled and placed at the Holladay Park entrance at Short and Main. This was a grant from Weston Rotary and Rotary District 6040 for the new benches with $5000 divided between the two sources and Weston Rotary donating expenses of $1000.00 to complete the project.
