District 6040’s Rotary Leadership Institute completed our first session of this Rotary year with 7 Rotarians from 7 different clubs in Liberty on July 27th. Gerry McReynolds, Kent Shelman and I had a blast with this group. They were lively, fun and entertaining and I look forward to seeing them all again.
Parts I, II, and III of the RLI course will be held Sept. 14th in Chillicothe at the First Baptist Church, 1601 Bryan St..
