Thank you for being a Rotarian

The 2009-2010 Rotary year is beginning to wind down and Rotarians in District 6040 should be proud of their accomplishments this year.  We have met many of our strategic goals with increased membership, increased polio giving and a public relations boon from the Shoes Caravan.  In addition, we had a total of 35 clubs receiving the Presidential Citation.

In the words of Rotary President John Kenny, the work of Rotary isn't performed in Evanston, the work of Rotary is done in the club, making Rotary Clubs the most important unit of Rotary.

Please accept the thanks and congratulations of President John Kenny and myself for a great Rotary year.
